Welcome to Home Garden Health (HGH)! We’re a passionate team dedicated to helping you live a healthier, more balanced life at home. Our mission is to inspire wellness, creativity, and sustainable living through simple DIY projects, home decor tips, and healthy living practices.
Who We Are
I’m Nicole, the founder of Home Garden Health, and alongside my partner, John, we started this project as a way to share our love for all things home and health. From crafting cozy spaces to exploring wellness trends, we believe a happy home is the foundation of a healthy life.
We’re also the proud owners of Lucy, our spirited Border Collie, who’s often the heart of our home (and a bit of a boss around here!). You’ll often find her lounging on the couch as we brainstorm new ideas for the site, while hanging with our Ginger Tabby Tigger!

HGH was born out of our shared passion for creating a home where wellness thrives.
