This awesome recipe is a simple 5 ingredient, no bake, keto compliant dessert that is simply delicious.

My daughter and son are not necessarily following a strict keto diet, but they still reach for these if i make some, its become a family favorite.

For me and hubby, who are both on the Keto diet program, these are a god send, they help stave of cravings and reaching for much worse, diet breaking sweet choices.

These cookies only have 4g net of carbs, this means it wont break your ketosis. They are low carb, gluten free, lactose free, and contain no added sugar.

Give this recipe a go if your feeling like you need an energy boost or your sweet tooth is playing up.

Ingredients

  • Creamy natural peanut butter
  • Pure vanilla extract
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Unsweetened coconut flakes
  • Butter

Ughh these gluten free brownie bombs are sooooo delicious and they come guilt free as they wont break your Keto Diet efforts.

These Keto friendly balls of heaven will be gobbled up by any one in the vicinity, I always make sure to make a secret stash for myself and hubby to enjoy when the kids have gone to bed, its our little decadent secret!

Ingredients

  • A (8-oz.) block cream cheese, softened. 
  • A third of a cup of Swerve confectioner’s sugar. 
  • A quarter of a cup of coconut oil. 
  • A quarter of a cup of unsweetened cocoa powder.

My kids always have a laugh when I mention the word “Snickerdoodles” 😀

This particular recipe for Keto compliant Snickerdoodle is my favorite variation, it results in a soft and moist centered cookie with a crisp edge that brings back memories of cookies our grandmothers maid.

Due to the soft centers, these keto snicker-doodles are easy eating for the whole family to enjoy, especially the young ones.

This recipe requires quite a few ingredients, but fear not its still a farily easy cookie to bake.

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 a cup coconut flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 a tsp xanthan gum
  • A Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 a cup butter (1 stick)
  • 3/4 a cup Lakanto monk fruit, or choice of sweetener
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp of monk fruit

  • 2 ½ cups finely milled almond flour measured and sifted
  • 2 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 ½ cups of granulated sugar-substitute, Lakanto Monk fruit
  • ½ teaspoon of sea salt
  • 8 eggs , room temperature
  • 7 oz full-fat cream cheese , room temperature
  • 8 tablespoons of softened butter

This one is without a doubt my husbands favorite keto dessert.

Creme Brulee was hubby’s favorite dessert before we went keto, so he was delighted when i discovered and successfully made this sugar-free Keto friendly version.
