- 1 pound Fresh Strawberries
- 1 8 ounce Package cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- Graham cracker crumbs Optional for Garnish
- Mint Leaves Optional for Garnish
Prepare the Strawberries:
Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly.
Slice off the tops of the strawberries and use a small paring knife or a strawberry huller to hollow out the centers. Be careful not to cut too deep to avoid piercing through the bottom.
Make the Creamy Filling:
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
Use an electric mixer to beat the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Transfer the mixture to a piping bag fitted with a star tip or a zip-top bag with one corner snipped off.
Fill the Strawberries:
Pipe the creamy mixture into the hollowed-out strawberries, filling each one generously.
If desired, sprinkle the tops with graham cracker crumbs for added texture and flavor.
Garnish and Serve:
Place the filled strawberries on a serving platter.
Garnish with mint leaves for a touch of color and freshness.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
- For best results, ensure the cream cheese is fully softened before mixing to achieve a smooth filling.
- You can also experiment with different toppings like crushed nuts or chocolate chips for added variety.
