  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice Freshly Squeezed

  • 1 Cup Ice Cubes Adjust For Desired Thickness
  • Several Fresh Mint Leaves Optional for Garnish

Prepare the Watermelon:

  • Cut the watermelon into cubes and remove any seeds. For a smoother texture, you can also blend the watermelon first and then strain it to remove the pulp if desired.

  • Place the watermelon cubes in a blender. Add lime juice, sugar (if using), and ice cubes.
