- 1 750ml Bottle Red wine of choice preferably dry
- 1/4 Cup Brandy
- 1/4 Cup Orange liqueur such as Triple Sec or Cointreau
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup adjust to taste
- 1 Orange thinly sliced
- 1 Apple thinly sliced
- 1 Pear thinly sliced
- 1 stick Cinnamon
- 2-3 Cloves
- 2 Cups Club Soda Optional Extra Fizz
- Ice Cubes
Prepare the Fruits: Thinly slice the orange, apple, and pear. Add them to a large pitcher.
Combine Liquids: Pour the red wine, brandy, and orange liqueur into the pitcher. Stir in the maple syrup.
