Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter Softened
  • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Pure
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups Flour All-Purpose
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 cups Chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Nuts Chopped (Optional)

Mix The Ingredients

  • Grab a big bowl and cream together your softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until it’s all fluffy and gorgeous.
  • Add those eggs, one at a time, and give ’em a good mix after each addition.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and a dash of salt.
  • Slowly add the dry mix into your wet mix, and give it a good stir until everything’s buddies.
  • Toss in the chocolate chips and nuts if you’re feeling extra fancy. Mix until they’re evenly scattered throughout the dough.

Baking Time

  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 375°F (190°C) and line your baking sheet with parchment paper – easy cleanup, yay!
  • Scoop out spoonfuls of dough (or use a fancy cookie scoop) and drop ’em onto the baking sheet. Remember to give ’em some space to spread out and get all comfy.
  • Pop those beauties in the oven for about 9 to 11 minutes, or until they turn that perfect golden brown.
