- 1 Small Watermelon Cubed (approx 6 cups)
- 1 Cucumber Sliced into Half Moons
- 1/2 Red Onion Thinly Sliced
- 1/2 cup Feta Cheese Crumbled
- 1/4 cup Fresh Mint Leaves Chopped
- 2 tbsp Extra-virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Glaze Optional
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
Prepare the Ingredients:
Cut the watermelon into bite-sized cubes.
Slice the cucumber into thin half-moons.
