Instructions
Grate the Cheddar cheese and place in a saucepan.
Next Sift the flour and add to the saucepan along with the beer, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, pinch of salt and pepper and butter.
Stir over low heat until cheese is melted.
Add beaten egg-yolk, continue to stir until almost to the boil, but do not boil.
Remove from heat then Toast bread slices in Toaster.
Spread cheese mix ture evenly over bread.
Grill until golden brown.
Serve hot.
